Mergers & Acquisitions

The world of mergers and acquisitions can be confusing for many on Main St.  We here at CGK Business Sale are here to help alleviate that confusion.  As a business seller, we will show you what you can realistically get in the marketplace.  This will not be based on guesswork, but actual mergers and acquisitions that we see in the market.  We have a proprietary method that makes both business buyers and business sellers feel comfortable.  No one will feel ripped off.  Most sellers like it that way.  they want the new owner to continue with their legacy.  They also don’t mind being asked for advice on occasion, after the business sale closes.  This is their legacy.

For many Austin mergers & acquisitions, there is a happy ending.  The local economy in the Central TX region is so strong, that it doesn’t necessarily take the best business man or woman to make a successful foray into the business world.  They only need some customers, a track record, and some help along the way.  In San Antonio TX, it is much the same way.  You are close enough to the oil batch in West Texas and in the Permian Basin, that many businesses can survive just by being close and servicing the oil related businesses.  For others that want to grow, mergers and acquisitions just make strategic sense.

In order to thoroughly vet a potential deal, we as business brokers look at a potential listing the way a buyer would.  If it doesn’t make sense to us, we will likely pass on representing the business.  The process can be confusing to both buyers and sellers, so we only want deals that work.  After all, our reputation does matter to us, and we want every to leave our deals believing they got a fair shake.  For your next mergers & acquisitions deal, call CGK Business Sales as your go-to business broker in Austin, TX.
