Small Business Brokers

At CGK Business Sales, we are small business brokers.  We help owners find buyers for their businesses, be they large or small.  These small businesses can be attractive targets for the right buyers.  Sometimes, people want out of their corporate jobs so badly, they will spend their life savings just to purchase a business.  While we do not condone doing that, business ownership can be a rewarding lifestyle choice for some.  Others are just buying a job.  Some are basically creating a job for themselves by buying a business.   While this is not a bad thing, you must be careful of the businesses you buy.

As small business brokers, CGK Business Sales has the expertise to help your small business sale.  We are business brokers located in Austin, TX.  Since we have sold many small businesses, we know what is involved with these types of deals.  They are different than Wall St. deals.  These deals usually involve first time business buyers who need a little more hand holding than sophisticated private equity or even strategic industry buyers.  First time business buyers are much more sensitive than sophisticated buyers.  At the first sign of trouble, a first time buyer may pull out of the deal.  In order to counter-act this natural tendency, the way a business broker presents the information must be much more sensitive to this type of buyer.
